A few things to read before you book:
■ All new color clients must have a physical consultation before they can book.
■ A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
■ We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If 48-hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you are responsible for 50% of the service or services that were scheduled. If the notice is 24 hours or less, you are responsible for 100% of the services booked.
■ No-shows will be charged 100% of the services and unable to book again without pre-payment of 100% of services requested.
Meet the team
JACK
Jack is the resident expert, owner, educator, L’Oréal global ambassador, content creator, and podcaster. He’s an experienced and professional hair colorist with over 30 years experience on the salon floor specifically and over 20 years as an educator. He comes highly recommended by Vogue, Tatler, Harpers, Marie Claire, Woman and Home, Red, Glamour and more. His personal color philosophy is less is more—he is known for his supernatural, polished looking color.
Shawn (level 4)
As one of Washingtonian’s Best Hairstylists, Shawn brings 20 plus years of experience to the team. A graduate of Graham Webb Academy, his biggest strength is his diverse speciality. Shawn is fluent in both cut and color and barbering. His passion for transformations and personal style shines through. With experience in hair education, Shawn has also worked on non-profit and humanitarian projects, including starting the very first salon at Walter Reed Hospital.
Laurent (level 4)
Laurent began his hair career in 1993. Laurent believes in the power of modern versions of classic cuts, using interpretation of Vidal Sasson’s classics as a springboard for style. With experience at Paris Fashion Week and was a member of the prestigious Shokunin Click Styling Team for Fashion Week in LA. He believes a haircut can transform not just appearance, but mood–a philosophy that fuels his passion for connecting with people, hearing their stories, and sharing his own.
Christophe (level 4)
A graduate of l'Ecole Privée de Coiffure de Lyon, bringing 25 plus years of exceptional experience from top salons in D.C. and France. He is known for his tailored styles & colors as well as exquisite stying for events and weddings. Christophe's gift with both women's and men's styling is a fusion of classic and modern flair leaving you confident and radiant.
Ginger (level 5)
Ginger is a true creative, bringing her artistic eye to everything she does. With a BFA from the Corcoran College of Art + Design and years of hands-on experience, she blends technical precision with a strong visual sensibility. Her specialty? Curls—and her work with textured hair earned her the title of “Best Textured Haircut” in Allure magazine’s Best of Beauty DC. Ginger’s calm, intuitive approach puts clients instantly at ease. With her, it’s all about celebrating your natural texture and stepping into a space of total hair confidence.
Bianca
A Virginia native, Bianca found her true home behind the chair. Her passion is dry cutting — working with hair dry and in its natural state lets her see exactly how it falls, moves, and behaves, sculpting effortless, bespoke shapes built around your texture and your life.
Suzette Nava (Junior Stylist Level 2)
Suzette brings a fresh, thoughtful approach to the salon floor. After graduating from The Salon Professional Academy DC, she’s continued her advanced training with our team and is building a strong foundation in wearable, modern hair.
Now at Level 2, Suzette is booking blow-dries and looking for women’s haircut models as she continues to grow her craft. She shows up with care, focus, and a genuine commitment to great hair.

Graham
Graham brings nearly three decades of expertise as a color specialist, studying at the L’Oréal UK Academy
Relocating to the USA in 2012 after Working with Andrew Collinge and Charles Worthington, part of the team who opened a L’Oréal professional flagship salon in Dubai as well as working with one of Grand Cayman’s premier salons
Grahams work delivers polished, modern results rooted in technical excellence, trusted by local and national D.C. television networks to color and style on-air talent he brings a calm, confident presence to every appointment.
Melissa (Stylist)
Melissa brings 18 years of experience as a color and blonding specialist. Her work spans subtle, natural enhancements to bold transformations, using balayage and highlighting techniques with precision and intent. She also offers haircuts and curly and textured hair services. Melissa is focused on one thing: getting every client the result they came in for.
